1. Definitions

For these Terms, "Oil Market", "we", "us", or "our" means the entity operating the Oil Market website and offering products through it. "Website" means the website, pages, and connected digital services. "User" means any visitor, account holder, or person contacting us through the website. "Customer" means a person who submits a purchase order. "Retailer or Distributor" means an approved portal account holder. "Product" means any item offered for sale through the website.

3. Permitted Use

Any selection tool, recommendation, or information on the website is general assistance and does not replace the vehicle manual, manufacturer recommendations, or advice from a qualified technician.

7. Prices

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless clearly stated otherwise. The total amount payable should be shown before order confirmation, including applicable taxes, charges, and delivery costs where these can be determined in advance. Retail prices may differ from retailer and distributor prices.

8. Orders and Stock Availability

Submitting an order is an offer by the Customer to purchase the selected products. An order is not finally accepted until the information has been reviewed, stock availability has been checked, the order has been confirmed by Oil Market, and required payment steps have been completed.

If a product is unavailable, Oil Market may contact the Customer to offer waiting for restocking, an approved alternative, order modification, or cancellation and refund of any collected amount for the unavailable product.

9. Obvious Errors

Where there is an obvious and unintended error in a price, description, quantity, or stock status, Oil Market will contact the Customer before fulfilling the affected order. The error may be corrected or the affected part cancelled, with any collected amount refunded through an appropriate method.

10. Payment

Available payment methods may include Visa or Mastercard card payments and mobile wallet payments through the checkout payment provider when these methods are actually offered on the website. Online payments may be processed by an independent payment provider and may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time and cost may depend on the delivery address, governorate, area, product weight and quantity, delivery company, stock availability, and nature of the order. Delivery dates are estimates unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Customers must provide an accurate address and telephone number. Incorrect information or inability to contact the Customer may result in delay or cancellation.

12. Inspecting the Order

Customers are encouraged to inspect the external packaging and number of parcels at delivery. If there is leakage, damage, an open container, a missing product, or a product different from the order, the Customer should contact customer service as soon as reasonably possible, keep the packaging and shipping label, and provide photographs where requested.

13. Exchanges and Returns Within 14 Days

Subject to applicable statutory exceptions, a consumer may request an exchange or return and refund within fourteen days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The product must be unused, in the condition received, in its original packaging, complete with included components, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order information.

A no-reason return may not be accepted if the cap has been opened, the safety seal has been broken, any oil or fluid has been used, the product cannot be restored to its original condition, the product was damaged for a reason attributable to the Customer, or another statutory exception applies.

14. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Where a product is defective, leaking at delivery, expired when delivered, counterfeit, different from the product ordered, or not compliant with the advertised description or specifications, the consumer may request an exchange, return, and refund in accordance with applicable law.

Oil Market may review the complaint, documents, and product where reasonably necessary. The consumer will not bear additional costs resulting from a confirmed product defect or supplier error.

15. Matters That Are Not Product Defects

A product is not defective solely because it is unsuitable for the Customer's vehicle where displayed specifications were accurate and the Customer selected it, the external package design differs while specifications and size remain correct, the manufacturer has updated the package design, or the product was damaged after delivery due to poor storage, incorrect use, contamination, or mixing with an incompatible product.

16. Cancellation

A Customer may request cancellation before the order has entered preparation or shipping by contacting customer service. Where shipping has begun, the request may be handled under the applicable return process.

Oil Market may cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, delivery remains impossible after reasonable attempts, there is an obvious product or pricing error, or required payment is not completed.

17. Invoices and Proof of Purchase

Oil Market will provide an order record or invoice in accordance with applicable requirements. Customers should retain their order number or invoice for after-sales support.

18. Retailer and Distributor Portal

The Retailer and Distributor Portal is limited to accounts approved by Oil Market. Users must not share portal credentials, misuse wholesale pricing, copy or distribute price catalogues without authorisation, or attempt to access another account's information.

Retailer and distributor orders may be subject to additional commercial terms concerning minimum order values, credit arrangements, payment deadlines, distribution areas, wholesale prices, transport charges, and promotional or volume conditions.

19. Intellectual Property

The website design, logos, text, images, databases, and other content belong to Oil Market or are used with the permission of their respective rights holders.
